Dr. Harandi leads the family-medicine practice at Milestones Medical Clinic on Ellice Avenue. He sees adult patients across the full spectrum of primary care — chronic-disease management, preventive screening, and the long-term physician–patient relationship that primary care depends on.

It is unglamorous work, and he describes it plainly: being available, paying attention, and not being in a hurry. Patients are not referred to him; they come directly, and he is accepting new ones.
