Dr. Harandi leads the family-medicine practice at Milestones Medical Clinic, seeing adult patients across the full spectrum of primary care. Next door, he is the family doctor and medical director behind Flawless Derma Centre, where the same clinical thinking is applied to skin.
That combination is the point. Aesthetic medicine is still medicine — it deserves an assessment of skin type, history and goals before anything is recommended, and an honest answer about what a treatment can realistically achieve. It is the philosophy that has defined the clinic since 2015.
